By creating an account and using Caserno or any of its apps ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Caserno is a suite of SaaS tools that help law firms automate client communications, track referrals, manage budgets, and more. Individual apps may integrate with practice management software such as Clio, Filevine, PracticePanther, and MyCase.

3. Beta Service

The Service is currently in beta. Features may change, be removed, or be unavailable at any time. We make no guarantees of uptime or feature availability during this period.

4. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

Only send communications to clients who have consented to receive them from your firm
Comply with all applicable laws including CAN-SPAM, CASL, and any bar association rules governing attorney communications
Keep your account credentials secure and not share them with unauthorized parties
Provide accurate registration information

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

Send unsolicited bulk email or spam
Impersonate any person or entity
Violate any applicable law or regulation
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of data as described therein.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COUNSELKIT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
